Abbreviations should be defined in parentheses the first time they appear in the abstract, main text, and in figure or table captions and used consistently thereafter.
(1) Reliability of ENSO Dynamical Predictions (Tang et al. 2005)
(2) Representation of Soil Moisture Feedbacks during Drought in NASA Unified WRF (NU-WRF) (Benjamin et al. 2013)
(3) Pressure Transients within MCS Mesohighs and Wake Lows
(Jason C. Knievel and Richard H. Johnson 1998)
(Li et al. 2020)
(Vimont et al. 2003)
(1)The National Research Council (NRC) recently highlighted the dual role of NASA to support both science and applications in planning Earth observations. (Moran et al. 2015)
(2)The MCV of interest developed from a preexisting upper-level disturbance over the southwest United States on 10 June and matured as it traveled northeastward. (Daniel et al. 2007)
